January is National Hobby Month and National Soup Month.

• To volunteer for National Soup Month (January), you can find local soup kitchens food banks, or shelters via Salvation Army or other directories, then sign up to help cook, serve meals, prep food, or deliver; you can also organize your own community soup-making event, or host a donation drive for soup ingredients, contacting organizations directly to see their needs.
